Sylvia Drake-Izquierdo is the Administrative Director for the Rescue Outreach Mission. She co-founded the Rescue Outreach Mission with her mother, Blanche Bell Weaver, in 1987.
She has a passion to see people transition from homelessness and destitution to restoration and self-sufficiency. In her current role, she is responsible for the oversight of administrative functions and processes as well as the core daily operations of the Mission.
Prior to her current role, she served in the United States Government Department of Defense as a Quality Assurance Specialist in support of our Armed Forces. She also serves as a volunteer member for the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Grant Review Process panel.
