Services for each client depend on individual need and case management plan and are enhanced through community partnerships. ROM (Rescue Outreach Mission) has developed strong, viable relationships with community partners in all areas of service.

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) - AHF is a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. AHF is a global organization providing cutting-edge medicine and advocacy to more than 420,000 patients in 36 countries. AHF is the largest provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the U.S., providing AIDS education, testing and counseling to individuals.
Aspire Health Partners - Three Central Florida companies, Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare, Seminole Behavioral Healthcare and The Center For Drug-Free Living, merged to form Central Florida's Source for Behavioral Healthcare Services. Aspire Health Partners' new name more closely reflects what they do – to ascend, to soar, to seek, to attain and to accomplish personal goals.
Community Based Care of Central Florida - Foster care youth between the ages of 18-21 seeking shelter can stay at Rescue Outreach as an emergency shelter situation.
As the region’s leading child welfare organization, Community Based Care of Central Florida serve more than 3,000 kids each day, services include foster care, adoption, mentoring and independent living – along with resources that strengthen and empower families.
Goodwill of Central Florida - Goodwill provides assistance and training in job searching and obtainment.
Harvest Time - ROM is provided with food to prepare our meals for our residents, as well as food for the public which is available as prepared meals and food boxes.
Mustard Seed of Central Florida - The Mustard Seed Furniture and Clothing Bank helps to rebuild the lives of families and individuals who have suffered disaster or personal tragedy by providing household furnishings and clothing while being environmentally responsible to our community.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida - This private, nonprofit organization collects and distributes donated food to more than 500 nonprofit partner agencies in six Central Florida counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia.
Seminole County Prosecution Alternative for Youth (P.A.Y.) Program - P.A.Y. consists of Teen Court, J.A.S.P., the Juvenile Alternative Services Program. These programs exist as alternatives to formal court proceedings for delinquent juveniles. We promote accountability to the victim and the community, through activities such as restitution and community service work.
The Grove Counseling Center - The center is a non-profit organization offering a comprehensive service system for the prevention and treatment of substance use disorders and behavioral health problems in Central Florida. Our treatment programs encompass the physical, mental and emotional dimensions of recovery by offering professional excellence in a safe, confidential environment.
United Muslim Foundation - This organization was founded on the core value of giving back to the local communities we live in, volunteering and working together with others as one Muslim Ummah by Muslim youth eager to make a difference in the lives of others one small step at a time. Founded in 2004, we have been serving in the USA for years feeding the needy, creating youth projects to help empower and educate our youth and helping dispel misconceptions about Islam.
